Bar, Grill & Garden
The Hotel’s restaurant and function areas are light, airy and modern. The restaurant is complemented by a lounge bar which leads to the sunny beer garden. Beverage and wine selections are excellent with a wide selection of wines available by the glass. The bar is stocked with all the latest beverages and offers 8 beers on tap. The Grill affords some of the best views in Merimbula. The food is very favourably reviewed and a significant cut above normal pub meals. Our wine list is most comprehensive offering a wide variety of grape, price regions and vintages.
Menu
Lunch is available from 12-2pm daily in the restaurant. Counter meals are served from 12-2pm in the public bar. Dinner bookings are available from 6.00pm every day and the kids menu is available for lunch and dinner in the restaurant.
Public Bar
The Public Bar has a congenial atmosphere with traditional counter meals served daily from 12 till 2pm. We have a state-of-the-art beer system - icy cold fresh beers, 8 varieties.
Sports Cinema
Large plasma screens in both bars constantly play video clips of the latest music as well as the major national and international sporting events. With a wide variety of beers on tap, quality wine and an expansive cocktail list there is something for everyone to enjoy in a relaxing environment.
Entertainment Programme and Activities
We have an extensive entertainment calendar to suit all ages.
Don’t forget the regular Down South Jazz Club dinners on the 3rd Thursday every month. Members $10.00, non-members $15.00 paid to the club at the door on the night. Dinner bookings from 6.00pm – call the Grill on 02 64951202.
Functions
The hotel is available for weddings, family or business functions, cocktail parties and meetings. Dinner and bed and breakfast incentive packages are also available. Function menus are tailored to suit with choices from our restaurant lunch or dinner menus. Our office would be pleased to organise a quotation.
Accommodation
All our motel rooms represent excellent value for such a high standard of accommodation. Many rooms have a view of the lake and all have air-conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, refrigerator, TV, radio and ensuite bathrooms. A fully equipped disabled access bedroom is also available.
